|Recommended: YesNew Resident — I am a new resident that moved from Dallas, TX and the level of service, resident care and personable assistance is nothing like I’ve experienced in years From my very first interaction with a leasing agents, Ed Will to the Leasing Mgr Will, and the Asst Mgr Dave, the genuine support and service has been seamless. That same level of resident care is also present in the property care and maintenance My first visit to VA has been stellar and I would recommend Moderna Founders Row to everyone

|Recommended: YesGreat property, could use some improvements — This is a great property for the value, however, there are some major concerns.
First, pets are allowed, so there are various instances of pet feces on the floors. They are not always promptly cleaned.
Secondly, parking availability is pretty low, especially since most of P1 is closed off for retail parking that is reserved for retail that doesn't yet exist. The narrow parking garages are also quite dangerous. Leaving the parking lot is also difficult because the light does not seem to be well-adjusted.
Lastly, there are various elements inside the apartment that could use some work. For example, our towel heating appliance was installed upside down, and some cabinets are visibly shaky when items are placed on them.
The staff however is very friendly and eager to help. Maintenance is prompt and on time, and addresses our concerns satisfactorily.
Overall a good, but not quite yet great experience.
Hello Jiarong Che. Thank you for sharing your initial thoughts via this review. Yes, we continue to try to work with our residents to be courteous with their pet clean-up. It is remarkable that some individuals simply do not care but this will not curb our attempts at enforcement. Secondly, parking is readily available especially on Level P2. Retail areas will be in use starting in February with the opening of Chasin Tails, Nue and Roll Play. Very exciting! Lastly, I believe we have already addressed your maintenance concerns.
